James R. Gibbs is the Agent/Owner of Gibbs Associates LLC and has over 25 years experience in the insurance business. Jim has owned and operated the Agency since 1981. Prior to that, Jim owned and operated a restaurant for 11 years and was in the U.S. Army for three years. Jim resides on the East side of Cincinnati with his wife, Susan. They have 2 sons, Ryan of Chicago, attending Loyola Law School and Jonathan who joined the Agency in 2003.

Tom Rudisill has been with the Agency since 1983. Tom is a Licensed Agent in the Hillsboro office. Born and raised in New Vienna, Tom has lived in Highland County most of his life. He and his wife reside in Leesburg and have four children.

Yolanda Green is a Licensed Agent/CSR with Gibbs Associates and has been with the Agency since 1993. Her focus is on Personal Lines Underwriting but serves as the Operations and Technology Co-Ordinator for both offices.  Yolanda serves on the Agency Technology Council for two large, regional companies. She is a mother and grandmother and resides in Hillsboro with her husband, Steve.

Patty Smith joined Gibbs Associates in 1991. She is a graduate of Wright State University and is a Licensed Insurance Agent. Patty's insurance background includes claim processing and underwriting of personal insurance such as home, auto and umbrella coverage. Patty resides in Lynchburg, Ohio with her husband and two children. She travels between the Hillsboro and Cincinnati offices.

Garnet Malott joined Gibbs Associates in May of 2003. Prior to joining Gibbs Associates, she had over 20 years experience as Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter with a large regional carrier. Garnet is currently a Licensed Agent and Commercial Underwriter in the Hillsboro office.
